Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial real estate, facilities management, or consulting
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with work order processing or CMMS
• Comfortable communicating risk and obtaining additional training as needed
• Detail-oriented, organized, and flexible with the ability to work independently
