Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and enter new plan and participant enrollments onto the platform
• Process participant transaction requests and initiate Exchange/Transfer/Rollovers
• Maintain accurate participant information and follow up on missing details for forms received

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training
• Ability to work independently and maintain tight schedules
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail required
