Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Services Operations Analyst in the United States (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Clarifies report needs, performs deep dive assessments on data, and reports relevant information back to operations
• Learns new technologies for reporting and analysis when needed
• Conducts analysis on hospital SLA's, provides variance reporting, and works on process changes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Health Care related field preferred
• 3-6 years experience in data analysis preferred
• Proficient with applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and/or Access
• Intermediate knowledge with database query tools such as Showcase and/or AS/400
• SQL experience strongly encouraged
