Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst to optimize processes and provide data-driven insights within the Revenue Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Evaluate existing operational processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency
• Assist in planning and executing operational projects, providing analytical support to project teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in an operations analysis or related role
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, DOMO)
• Experience with ERP systems (Salesforce.com, NetSuite)
• Experience with process improvement methodologies is a plus
