Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst (Commodity) to support data management and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage workload by organizing and adjusting priorities to ensure team alignment
• Validate sales deals for accuracy to support invoicing and minimize financial risk
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address account issues and recommend solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations or related systems environment
• Relevant experience in end-to-end operational work preferred
• Desire to become an expert in the energy industry or related field
• Experience with EDI and Microsoft SQL is a plus
• Foundational understanding of project management principles is beneficial
