Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst to support energy efficiency program operations through data analysis and process adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize Excel Power Query and advanced data manipulation techniques for data analysis and validation
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in large datasets to ensure data integrity and compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project workflows and assist in project closure

Required Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Power Query and pivot tables
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, or operations support
• Experience in energy efficiency programs, utilities, or a related field is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with large datasets
• Familiarity with standard operating procedures and compliance requirements
