Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst responsible for supporting the Google Commerce team through data analysis and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor merchant operations and improve alert processes through reporting
• Collaborate with the Data Science team for forecasting and manage complex data projects
• Lead pilot projects and create technical tools for data management and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience in data management or data analysis
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Experience with analytical tools (Power BI, R, Tableau, SQL)
• Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion in cross-functional environments
• Experience developing dashboards to monitor key metrics and KPIs
