Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst to interpret data outputs and develop analytic solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform analysis of files, processes, and reports to ensure data accuracy
• Develop ad-hoc reports and conduct metric reporting to support data validation
• Present analytic results and data-driven recommendations to management

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or computer science preferred
• Minimum of two years' experience in the healthcare/managed care industry preferred
• Analytical experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including strong skills in Excel and Visio
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered
