Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chapter Operations Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

• Support regional stakeholders and collaborate with chapters on policies and operational areas
• Review and recommend chapter policies while identifying process improvements
• Partner with Chapter Engagement Specialists to implement new programs and services for chapter leader development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
• Minimum of 3 years of association or similar experience with knowledge of not-for-profit documents
• General knowledge of association laws and insurance program requirements
• Experience in creating and applying performance metrics
• Experience working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment
