Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst who will work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and develop reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data tracking and performance management mechanisms
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and ensure data availability
• Perform research and create queries via SQL Server to derive insights from complex data

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• 4-5+ years of experience in a data reporting or similar role
• 3-5 years of SQL experience
• Experience with Excel and Power BI
• Experience in presenting and reporting data across organizational levels
