Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst to support client relationships from an operational and financial perspective.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile client agreements and invoices, and manage equipment and license orders
• Perform financial modeling and analysis, including client profitability and resource estimation
• Support business development activities and assist with operational optimization initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Zero to six years of experience in finance, operational analysis, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field is required if no experience
• Preferred experience with reviewing time entries and using Excel for financial analysis
• Experience with vendor interactions and expense reconciliation is preferred
• U.S. citizenship is required to comply with CMMC and government contracts
