Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst to analyze cash attainment, pricing accuracy, compliance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for sales guidance on pricing structure-related negotiations
• Conduct total cost of ownership analysis and support pricing packages, RFPs, and promotions
• Generate and analyze financial reports related to accounts receivable and cash flow management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in a financial or operations role, preferably in healthcare or technology
• Strong analytical and financial skills
• Proficiency in financial systems, CRM and ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and partner billing structures is a plus
