Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst, Capacity Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Own capacity planning and operational volume forecasting to ensure adequate staffing for customer programs
• Maintain and evolve the claims volume and headcount model to reflect changing business needs
• Prepare forecast outputs and scenario analyses to support workforce planning discussions and communicate insights to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in claims forecasting, capacity planning, analytics, finance, operations, or business intelligence
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including complex formulas and data integrity checks
• Ability to manage and troubleshoot a complex forecasting model with minimal oversight
• Experience working with large datasets and making defensible assumptions
• Preferred experience using SQL for data analysis and exposure to actuarial concepts related to claims forecasting
