Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst, Supply Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply and brokerage operations, including utility account creation and performance tracking
• Monitor supplier-side operations, investigating enrollment failures and maintaining data integrity
• Oversee contract synchronization health, ensuring timely and accurate syncing of active contracts

Required Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with experience in handling operational data
• Experience in root cause analysis and implementing systemic fixes
• Familiarity with AI tools for scaling operational workflows
• Ability to manage ambiguity and unresolved problems independently
• Experience in energy markets is a plus, but not mandatory
