Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst - Talent & Staffing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage vendor partnerships and oversee the full staffing lifecycle for consulting engagements
  • Coordinate candidate evaluations, onboarding, and maintain talent pipelines
  • Engage in marketing activities and participate in team culture events
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in vendor management or talent acquisition
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse
  • Background in supporting hiring processes and coordinating onboarding activities
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn engagement and Sales Navigator outreach
