Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst - Talent & Staffing.

Key Responsibilities

Manage vendor partnerships and oversee the full staffing lifecycle for consulting engagements
Coordinate candidate evaluations, onboarding, and maintain talent pipelines
Engage in marketing activities and participate in team culture events

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
1-3 years of experience in vendor management or talent acquisition
Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse
Background in supporting hiring processes and coordinating onboarding activities
Familiarity with LinkedIn engagement and Sales Navigator outreach
