Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst to support the delivery of residential energy efficiency rebate programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Review energy models and project data to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Track and analyze program data to support reporting and workflow management
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of general operations experience
• At least 2 years of experience in energy efficiency, construction, or building science
• Experience with reporting and data analysis
• Proficiency in Excel; Power BI experience is a plus
• Must currently reside in Oregon
