Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst, Plan Loading to join their Benefit Configuration team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed work with high accuracy while adhering to QA/QC protocols
• Load configuration data into the core system accurately and timely, while identifying workflow improvement opportunities
• Utilize internal tools to analyze data and report on any gaps or irregularities

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of working knowledge of health plan benefit concepts
• 1+ years of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or comparable Google Docs programs
• 1+ years of experience manipulating and analyzing large data sets
• A bachelor's degree or 4 years of commensurate experience is preferred
• Working knowledge of medical coding concepts and proficiency in SQL are considered bonuses
