Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst, Plan Loading to join their Benefit Configuration team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed oriented work with a high level of accuracy and adherence to QA/QC protocols
• Load configuration data into the core system accurately and in a timely manner
• Identify and report on any data infrastructure gaps, deficiencies, or irregularities

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of working knowledge of health plan benefit concepts
• 1+ years of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or comparable programs
• 1+ years of experience manipulating and analyzing large data sets
• A bachelor's degree or 4 years of commensurate experience is preferred
• Working knowledge of medical coding concepts is a bonus
