Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst to assist in managing live online training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and launch of training programs, including application management and team collaboration
• Analyze program data and support live classes to ensure stakeholder engagement
• Manage the admissions process, including applicant monitoring and marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in an operations or analytics role
• Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with Google Suite and MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Proactive approach with strong customer service ethic
