Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst to assist in managing online training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and launching training programs, including application management and cross-functional team collaboration
• Analyze program data and support live classes to ensure engagement and benefit for all stakeholders
• Manage the admissions process, including application setup, monitoring, and marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications

• JLPT N2 certification or equivalent professional experience, with mastery of Keigo in Japanese
• 0-2 years of full-time professional experience in an operations or analytics role
• Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with Google Suite and MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
