Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst, Workforce Management & Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain capacity projections and staffing/caseload models
• Ensure accuracy of staffing reports and monitor operational KPIs to identify issues and propose solutions
• Develop reports for operational meetings and support operational process changes

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of experience in complex business environments requiring collaboration
• 3+ years of experience analyzing operational or financial data
• 3+ years of experience making data-driven recommendations and supporting implementation
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel
