Key Responsibilities

• Produce and validate operational reports, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
• Provide technical support to agency partners and Programs teams, coordinating with IT to resolve system issues
• Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to maintain data flow and support operational improvements

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent years of experience
• 1 year of experience in insurance, technology, operations, or analytics
• Early career experience in data, reporting, or operations
• Intermediate Excel skills (e.g., formulas, pivot tables)
• Organized and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
