Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst I to provide actionable insights into the management and growth of their payee network.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify optimization opportunities by analyzing the carrier network
• Monitor client performance post go-live and refine projection models
• Automate reporting tools and conduct ad hoc product analysis to communicate business insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, Math, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Up to 2 years of experience working with large datasets and connecting to multiple data sources
• Experience using reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment
• Must be collaborative and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
