Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst (Remote - Work from Anywhere).

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to customer transactions and perform payments to vendors or business partners
• Manage transaction statements for reconciliations and ensure financial data quality, supporting the Finance team
• Monitor transaction processing, manage debit card disputes, and assist the Customer Support team with inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Relevant experience in an Operations department, preferably in banking, fintech, or financial institutions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field
• Experience in payments, banking, financial reconciliation, or card disputes
• Data-oriented mindset with advanced Excel or database skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and a proactive, organized approach
