A company is looking for an Operations Analyst to join their operational support team.

Key Responsibilities

• Publish and maintain the pump SHIP schedule, ensuring accuracy and timely communication
• Audit technician training records and expense reports for compliance and accuracy
• Provide reporting and analysis on serial numbers and follow up on recall and loaner pumps

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• Strong project leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Demonstrated analytical skills
• Ability to interface effectively at all levels of the organization
