Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst to serve as the analytical backbone of its business lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Master backend architecture, focusing on payment system management and invoicing triggers
• Perform continuous "Tri-Point Reconciliation" across the portfolio
• Oversee data flow within NetSuite to ensure accurate billing of monthly recurring revenue (MRR)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, MIS, Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Operations Management, Economics, or related fields
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for building scalable models and structured datasets
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or similar platforms
• Experience with business intelligence tools including Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Strong interest in automation and emerging technologies, including AI tools and workflow automation platforms
