Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst to support various operational and analytical tasks within the property management portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain recurring reports across key operational and financial metrics
• Field data requests and translate business questions into structured analysis
• Maintain data models for external client reporting and collaborate with client-facing teams

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience writing SQL in a professional or project setting
• Experience with at least one data visualization or BI platform (Sigma Computing preferred)
• Ability to translate loosely defined business questions into structured analytical approaches
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fully remote environment
• Background in property management, real estate, or proptech is a plus
