Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Operations Analyst, responsible for managing data reporting and integrations, maintaining PowerBi dashboards, and supporting program reporting deliverables in a full-time salaried role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support PowerBi reporting and data integrations between internal systems and client platforms
• Build and maintain automated data pipelines using integration tools to ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Analyze data structures and partner with internal teams to troubleshoot integration issues and improve reliability

Required Qualifications

• 2 or more years of relevant experience in PowerBi, data integrations, or operations analytics
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or data integration platforms, with SnapLogic strongly preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data validation techniques
• Experience working with structured datasets from multiple source systems
