Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Operations Analyst, a full-time position, supports client operations, resale, and systems administration by managing renewal pipelines, generating quotes, and maintaining documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full client renewal lifecycle and maintain structured notes and process documentation
• Generate hardware and software quotes, process purchase orders, and manage client software license renewals
• Support the configuration and maintenance of Halo PSA and assist with data review for reporting purposes

Required Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities
• Strong skills in Google Sheets for data organization and reporting
• Experience with CRMs, PSA tools, or operational/documentation systems is a plus
• Curious about process improvement and operational efficiency
