Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic operations team, the full-time Operations Analyst will review account activity, identify suspicious patterns, and suggest process improvements while working remotely from anywhere in Canada or the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Review account activity using AI-assisted analysis to make informed decisions on payment approvals
• Identify suspicious activity and implement regulatory requirements in daily operations
• Collaborate cross-functionally to balance compliance with user experience and drive process improvements

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in an operational, compliance, or related role
• Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to learn and experiment with them
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns in complex data
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams
• An ownership mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and user impact
