Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To support client integration and electronic data interchange processes, the full-time remote Operations Analyst will manage daily batch file updates, troubleshoot data quality issues, and ensure compliance with service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process and support daily/weekly client batch file updates in collaboration with account managers and clients
• Conduct data analysis, troubleshoot integration issues, and perform manual updates as necessary
• Ensure quality and service levels are met while complying with ethical business conduct and training requirements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. required; Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 2+ years of experience in PBM operations, claims processing, or client integrations
• Proven analytical skills and experience with data operations/reporting
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Access
