Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Operations Analyst will implement and support electronic data interchange (EDI) processing, manage client batch file updates, and resolve data quality issues while ensuring client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Process and support daily/weekly client batch file updates in collaboration with account managers and implementation teams
• Conduct data analysis, troubleshoot integration issues, and perform manual updates to ensure data quality
• Demonstrate knowledge of pharmacy benefit administration and maintain compliance with service standards

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. required; Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 2+ years of experience in PBM operations, claims processing, or client integrations
• Proven analytical and organizational skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Access
• Familiarity with electronic file exchange (EDI) files
