Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To improve operational efficiency, the full-time Operations Analyst will manage the integration of data systems, automate workflows, and implement AI tools while working onsite in Washington, D.C. from Tuesday to Thursday and remotely on Mondays and Fridays.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and implement SaaS tools to streamline workflows and eliminate manual tasks
• Support system integrations by building connectors and troubleshooting data flows
• Develop automations using no-code/low-code platforms and AI tools to enhance team efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in operations, business analysis, consulting, or a startup environment
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for process automation
• Proficiency in data analysis using Excel, SQL, or BI tools
• Experience with automation tools such as Zapier or APIs
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on process documentation and improvement
