Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Partnering with surgical units, the full-time Operations Analyst in Supply Chain Operations will deliver data-driven insights, conduct statistical analyses, and support operational improvements within a hybrid work environment at the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and evaluation of operational unit services and performance
• Assist in the development of operational plans, procedures, and systems, providing recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative caregivers to drive standardization and efficient workflows in the perioperative environment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field with two years of experience in applied statistics and financial analysis, or an Associate's degree with four years of experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of applied statistics and financial analysis with a quantitative focus
• Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
• Experience in an operations background is preferred
• Analytical mindset
