Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Contributing to efficient workflows in a full-time remote capacity, the Operations Analyst will manage service sales inquiries, create accurate Statements of Work (SOWs), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align service offerings with customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Tech Sales teams to gather customer requirements and recommend appropriate service SKUs
• Support RFP/RFI responses and provide guidance on service capabilities and delivery methodologies
• Analyze delivery services data to improve sales workflows and scoping processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a relevant field
• In-depth understanding of operations analysis principles and methodologies
• Experience in analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and insights
• Average understanding of technology such as software, networking, and system development
• Experience interacting with 3rd party reseller/service providers/partners
