Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To support project delivery and operational efficiency, the full-time Operations Analyst will analyze complex datasets, design and improve workflows, and build automated reports and dashboards, primarily working remotely with occasional visits to the Philadelphia office.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to drive operational insights and identify trends
• Design, maintain, and improve workflows and business processes for increased efficiency
• Build and maintain automated reports and Power BI dashboards for stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant industry experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Advanced skills in Power BI development, Microsoft Excel, and Power Query
• Must currently reside in Pennsylvania
