Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the FP&A team, the full-time remote Operations Analyst will analyze operational and financial performance across the property portfolio, assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting cycles for assigned properties
• Analyze property-level performance data and build financial models and KPI dashboards
• Collaborate with Operations leadership to identify financial risks and operational opportunities

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in property management, student housing, or real estate operations
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and data modeling
• Experience with student housing leasing cycles and occupancy management
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
