Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the transition of clients' 401(k) plans, the full-time remote Terminations and Deconversions Analyst will manage caseloads, ensure timely execution of business tasks, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a best-in-class client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage individual caseloads of terminating and deconverting plans in SalesForce and Jira
• Create and monitor ticketing activity across operational teams, ensuring SLAs are met
• Ensure accurate documentation and financial transactions related to plan termination and deconversion

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years in retirement services or account management
• Advanced Excel skills
• Proficient analytical skills
• Exceptional research skills
