Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Transforming complex data into actionable insights, the full-time remote Operations Analyst will conduct advanced data analysis, build reporting tools, and collaborate across teams to enhance business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct deep dive quantitative analyses to uncover trends and support strategic decisions
• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports using modern BI tools
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose improvements to enhance operational performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field preferred or equivalent experience
• Experience in collections is a must
• Proficiency with SQL and at least one BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Experience in data analysis or business intelligence
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
