Job Summary

To support operational enhancements, the full-time Operations Analyst I will assess processes and data, manage inbound customer support requests, and implement procedural changes while collaborating with various stakeholders in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Research operational workflows related to case management and billing to identify process improvement opportunities
  • Manage inbound customer support requests via phone and email professionally and efficiently
  • Track and manage progress of system and operational enhancements using electronic tracking systems
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in a health care or related discipline
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in an operational role
  • Strong Excel skills and experience in data analysis preferred
  • Understanding of medical billing and experience with Medicare and Medicaid preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis required
