Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting internal operations and people teams, the full-time remote Operations Analyst will manage system administration, data integrity, and employee training processes while collaborating with operations leads on various projects and initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile data within accounting systems to ensure accurate records in the CRM
• Assist with onboarding logistics and co-facilitate training sessions for new colleagues
• Document operational processes and identify opportunities to streamline workflows for improved efficiency

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and data management skills across multiple systems
• Ability to learn new software platforms quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple recurring tasks
• Collaborative communicator with strong interpersonal skills
