Job Summary

Joining a fully remote team, the full-time Operations Analyst will review account activity, identify suspicious patterns, and suggest process improvements while balancing compliance with user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review account activity and make informed decisions using AI-assisted analysis, investigating payment approval requests and flagging anomalies
• Identify suspicious activity and fraud patterns, implementing regulatory requirements into daily operations
• Suggest process improvements for efficiency and risk reduction while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in an operational, compliance, or related role
• Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to learn and experiment with them
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex situations
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• An ownership mindset with a genuine curiosity for continuous improvement
