Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Monitoring and tracking operational projects across multiple business units, the full-time remote Operations Analyst will conduct data analysis and reporting, collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, and support process improvements while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor operational projects to ensure timely completion and compliance
• Conduct data analysis and reporting to identify trends and provide insights
• Collaborate with teams and clients to resolve operational issues and implement improvements

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required
• Three or more years of experience in business process service delivery, preferably in an outsourcing environment
• Experience in Medicaid or other health insurance environments
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
