Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Health Administration's Office of Health Informatics, the full-time Operations Analyst will work remotely to design and implement a responsive decision-making model while providing research, analysis, and program management support for EHRM Tier 1 Subject Matter Expert Teams.

Key responsibilities

• Track actions of the EHR Tier 1 SME Team and escalate identified risks
• Facilitate meetings and document outcomes for VHA EHRM Tier 1 SME Teams and stakeholders
• Support project management activities by coordinating tasks and distributing communications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 4+ years of relevant experience, with a background in healthcare
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S
