Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting various client relationships from an operational and financial perspective, the full-time Operations Analyst will reconcile client agreements, manage vendor interactions, and perform financial modeling while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile client agreements and invoices, ensuring accurate user and license counts
• Prepare sales and purchase orders, and assist with client invoicing and contract modifications
• Conduct financial analysis, including profitability assessments and resource estimations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field is required if no experience
• Zero to six years of experience in finance, operational analysis, or program management
• Preferred experience with Excel and financial analysis tools, including pivot tables
• Experience in vendor interactions and managing expense reconciliations is preferred
• Ability to articulate technical information to non-technical audiences effectively
