Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To support business operations, the full-time Operations Analyst will provide data reporting and trend analysis while collaborating with cross-functional teams, working remotely with a flexible schedule of Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborates with decision makers to identify and solve operational problems through data interpretation and visualization
• Develops specifications for analytic and reporting needs by participating in project teams and meetings with internal and external customers
• Maintains dashboards and reporting tools to support operations and presents insights into departmental performance indicators

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Three years of relevant experience in operations or data analysis
• Proficiency in utilizing databases and query tools for data gathering
• Experience in developing and maintaining reporting dashboards
• Strong analytical skills to support business process improvement initiatives
