Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Operations Analyst will assist teams in identifying, planning, and completing projects while providing internal customer support and ensuring the documentation and standardization of key business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborates with key leaders and stakeholders to develop and implement operational plans and policies that enhance efficiency and scalability
• Assists in maintaining policies, risk assessments, and control documentation while resolving complex issues within assigned areas
• Fosters strong relationships across the organization to ensure effective communication and collaboration with other teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of three years of experience in banking, preferably in operations
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn various banking software programs
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated leadership ability and skills, with a positive team-oriented attitude
