Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the operational needs of the Customer Solutions and Engineering team, the full-time remote Operations Analyst will manage core processes, identify workflow improvements, and build reporting systems to enhance visibility into performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a primary resource for operational needs, ensuring processes are supported by the tech stack
• Identify and address workflow friction points, collaborating with leadership to implement improvements
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into project status and key metrics

Required qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, or project coordination
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively
• Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, including pivot tables and lookups
• Familiarity with Salesforce and experience in building reports and basic configurations
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous requests into clear requirements
