Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To support operational improvements, the full-time Operations & Integrations Analyst will analyze data, develop reports and dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide analytical support by identifying trends and delivering insights to drive operational improvements
• Develop executive-ready reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators for leadership decision-making
• Manage assigned projects and documentation while optimizing processes and ensuring successful execution of initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience in healthcare, investment banking, consulting, or a related analytical field
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet, PowerPoint, and Tableau for developing reports and data-driven presentations
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, preferably in healthcare or finance
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Highly motivated self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
