Operations Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Veterans Health Administration's Office of Health Informatics, the full-time remote Operations Analyst will design and implement decision-making models, provide analysis and program management support, and facilitate communication for EHRM Tier 1 SME Teams.
Key responsibilities
- Track actions and escalate risks for EHR Tier 1 SME Teams
- Facilitate meetings and document outcomes for various stakeholders
- Support project management activities and maintain comprehensive communications plans
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 4+ years of relevant experience in healthcare
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S
